2nd EMSA 2023 General Assembly
We would like to remind you that tomorrow, on the 10th of May 2023, we will be hosting the 2nd and final General Assembly of the year. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the university did not authorize the use of an amphitheater in time, so we have made the necessary arrangements to conduct the assembly online via MS Teams. The meeting will commence promptly at 8:00 PM.
We cannot stress enough the importance of your presence at the General Assembly, as it serves as a fundamental tool for participating in the democratic processes of our organization. Therefore, your attendance is mandatory. In the event that you are unable to join us, we kindly request that you fill out the form available on our website (use the button below) to delegate your vote to a trusted individual. It is crucial for us to achieve a minimum of 50% participation from our active volunteers to validate the decisions made during the assembly.
During this meeting, we will be addressing various significant matters, including project updates, departmental goals, and budget planning for the upcoming year. Additionally, we will be conducting the election for the new board members who will lead the organization in the following year.
